Caminitos Playschool has provided the
following forms in a .pdf format which you can download and print
for your own information.
REGISTRATION FORMS
Caminitos Playschool will accept
student registrations throughout the school year as long as space is
available. A separate registration form must be completed for
each child you are planning to enroll. Complete
all areas of the form and mail it in or
drop it off at the address provided on the form. Note,
during the summer months of July and August, please mail forms
to the alternate address listed on the last page of the registration
form.
QUICK
REFERENCE GUIDE
Caminitos Playschool
has created a Quick Reference Guide as a brief summary of
our Parent Handbook. Please print a copy of the Quick
Reference Guide to familiarize yourself with some of the general
program information. The Parent Handbook, which
provides detailed information about our policies
and procedures, will be handed out to parents on the first day
of school.
