The Spanish bilingual program is offered at the elementary level at the Escuela Mill Creek School located in the heart of Edmonton near the Old Strathcona historical area and beautiful Mill Creek Ravine. It's an alternative program offered by Edmonton Public Schools that is structured similarly to other bilingual programs in the district. The languages of instruction are English and Spanish with a ratio of 45% Spanish and 55% English through grades one to six.

The Edmonton Hispanic Bilingual Association, also known as EHBA , is a volunteer run non-for-profit society. EHBA offers Spanish Language programs for adults, children and youth.  Spanish classes are offered once a week for 10 weeks. Each class is 2.5 hours long with a 15-minute break. Classes are offered either on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm or Saturday mornings from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Total instruction time in each course is 25 hours. Children and Youth programs are only offered on Saturday mornings.
